House Rules – Please Read Before Attending
To keep our space safe, respectful, and enjoyable for all, the following rules apply at every event:
Upper Floors Are Off-Limits
No access to private rooms upstairs. Anyone found upstairs without permission will be asked to leave immediately.
No Sexual Activity
These are non-sexual events. Any sexual play, advances, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate ejection.
Clothes-Optional Boundaries
Nudity is welcome indoors and in the private garden within marked boundary areas only. Please respect neighbouring properties.
Kitchen is Staff-Only
For hygiene and hosting reasons, guests may not enter the kitchen. We’ll provide all food and drink service.
Shower Use
If a guest genuinely needs to shower (e.g. after travel or outdoor activity), this will be at host discretion. The host will escort you to the upstairs bathroom and wait. This is an exception, not a right, and may be declined.
Hygiene & Towels
Towels must be used when sitting on any shared furniture—bring your own if possible; spares available on request.
Phones & Photos
No photography or recording during events. Devices should be off or on silent. Discretion protects everyone.

1. Nature of Events
All events are private, pre-booked gatherings hosted in a private residence. Attendance is by invitation only. These events are non-commercial, community-led, and rooted in creative expression, wellbeing, and mutual respect.
2. Participation and Conduct
By attending, all guests agree to:
Respect the house, hosts, and other guests.
Honour the clothes-optional, non-sexual ethos.
Follow house rules (including no access to upper floors, use of towels when seated nude, and no photography or recordings).
Engage in a consent-based environment — any inappropriate behaviour or sexual conduct will result in immediate removal and permanent exclusion.
3. Entry, Vetting and Safety
All attendees must book in advance and complete a light vetting process (social media check or referral).
Photo ID may be requested at the door.
CCTV is in operation at the main entrance/porch for security purposes only. Footage is stored securely and only accessed if needed for safety, safeguarding, or legal reporting.
4. Liability
Hosts accept no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to persons or belongings during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.
Any individual causing damage to the property or disruption will be liable for the cost of repairs or may be refused future entry.

6. Alcohol, Drugs, and Smoking

No photos, videos, or recordings of any kind are allowed during events unless expressly agreed by all attendees in writing.
Social media promotion by guests is welcome only after events and must respect everyone’s privacy.
8. Complaints or Concerns
Any concerns, boundary violations, or incidents must be reported to the host(s) immediately. We take all reports seriously and act swiftly to protect the space and its values.
