1. Naturism and the Law in the United Kingdom

In the United Kingdom it is not illegal simply to be naked in public.
The law focuses on intent rather than appearance.

Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Section 66) – exposure is only an offence if it is done intentionally and with the purpose of causing alarm or distress.

Public Order Act 1986 (Sections 4A and 5) – disorderly or offensive behaviour applies only where someone’s actions are threatening, abusive, or likely to cause harassment, alarm, or distress.

Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) Legal Guidance on Naturism – “naturism is not inherently sexual” and prosecution should only follow when there is clear evidence of intent to upset or offend others.

In practice this means that being unclothed in a park, on a beach, or while travelling is lawful so long as you behave respectfully and cause no disturbance.
Clothing is a social choice, not a legal requirement.

I choose to live openly and to show that the human body is not obscene.
Freedom of expression includes the freedom to be clothes-free, without shame or apology.

2. Adult and Erotic Content

My erotic work is a separate form of expression from social or lifestyle nudity.
It is about creativity, honesty, and connection, not exhibitionism.

All adult material is made with full consent from every participant.
Filming or photography takes place on private or permitted land, or in remote outdoor spaces where there is no reasonable chance of being seen by others.
No content is created in public areas where people might witness sexual activity without consent.

United Kingdom law recognises that:

Sexual activity on private property between consenting adults is lawful.

Sexual activity in a public place becomes an offence only if it is likely to be seen by others and to cause alarm or offence (Sexual Offences Act 2003 and common-law public decency).

My work stays within these boundaries.
It is about freedom, not disturbance, and it respects both consent and context.
